Attached you will find the Polliwog Championship Meet entry form. This form is ONLY for polliwogs. If you have cub or cadet swimmers, you do not need to respond for them. All Polliwogs are able and invited to swim in this championship meet that will have all the Polliwogs from all of the CYO teams at the same pool at the same time.
To assist with that number of swimmers, WHCS is responsible to have 3 volunteers. If we don't provide at least 3 volunteers, coaches will be pulled to assist. The greatest need is for timers, bullpen, and runners. Please email me if you would like to volunteer and the position you desire. The sooner the better, because once that position fills, you will be placed in another position at the meet directors discretion.
